Day 1 - Coming home to yourself
We slow down and build a clear sense of where you are inside your body.
Through breath, sensation, and simple movement, you reconnect with your natural pace and learn to notice what feels like enough.
This day sets the tone for everything that follows.
By the end of the day, there is a steady sense of:
“I feel grounded and safe in my body.”
Day 2 - Leading with choice
We explore how choice and clarity support connection.
You experience how:
pausing strengthens trust
boundaries create ease
honesty does not break the connection
Yes and no become something you feel, not something you negotiate.
By the end of the day:
“I can communicate my boundaries without fear, and trust myself in connection.”
Day 3 - Being close without betraying yourself
Closeness is introduced slowly and clearly.
Not to push anything forward, but to notice what happens in you when someone is nearby.
The focus is not on sensation, but on presence.
You explore how to:
be close without overthinking
receive without needing to give something back
notice when enough is enough and trust that
By the end of the day:
“I can stay connected without betraying myself.”
Day 4 - Being met as you are
Something softens.
Connection begins to feel less like an activity
and more like something you can rest inside.
Through small group experiences, you feel what it is like to be with others without adjusting who you are.
You do not have to say the right thing.
You do not have to respond in a certain way.
You do not have to offer anything back.
By the end of the day, the knowing is simple and steady:
I feel relaxed being myself with others
I feel noticed and valued without having to try
I can express myself honestly, even when I feel strong emotions
I don’t feel the need to hold back or tone myself down with others
I can be honest about what I feel and still feel connected
And that feeling stays with you.

As a Tantra teacher, transformative coach, and massage alchemist, I guide people from disconnection and overwhelm into presence, love, and vitality.
Trained under Ma Ananda Sarita and rooted in the Tantra Essence lineage, I weave ancient wisdom with a down-to-earth, experiential approach. My retreats welcome those who have achieved much yet feel something essential is missing - a sense of aliveness, intimacy, and peace within. They come seeking rest and leave feeling alive again, grounded, open, and connected to life.
Through meditation, breathwork, energy flow, and somatic practices, participants melt tension and awaken the quiet pulse of joy beneath the surface. Each retreat unfolds as a journey from tension to trust, from separation to union. Safety and consent form the foundation, allowing everyone to explore vulnerability with confidence and authenticity. My facilitation blends clear structure with intuitive flow, inviting depth through playfulness and precision.
Having spent over a decade in the corporate and tech world, I understand the pressure to stay in control and the disconnection it creates. My work bridges science and spirituality, East and West, the masculine and the feminine - helping modern minds experience ancient wisdom in a grounded, embodied way. Even those skeptical of spiritual language find practical tools for awareness, embodiment, and joy.
I also work privately with women who are successful, capable, and often carrying too much. Many have lived in their masculine energy for years, leading, managing, and giving endlessly. In my signature practice, The Art of Receiving, through devotion and sacred bodywork, women find a space to rest, soften, and reconnect with their natural feminine flow. Through loving presence and conscious touch, they remember the pleasure of simply being and the beauty of being deeply seen and felt.

For years, I lived in self-abandonment. I worked myself to exhaustion, gave endlessly, and mistook anxiety for love. On the outside, I looked accomplished, yet inside I was disconnected from my body and afraid to be truly seen.
I am a transformational coach, breathwork therapist, SOMA® Breath facilitator, and somatic healing practitioner devoted to helping people reconnect with the most important relationship they will ever have - the one with themselves.
My turning point came when I realised that intimacy does not begin with another person - it begins within. Through breathwork, nervous system awareness, and somatic healing, I came home to my body. I discovered that love without peace is not love, that boundaries are devotion to self, and that safety is the soil where desire and trust can finally grow.
Today, my work supports people in feeling safe in their bodies so they can open to real connection - with themselves, with others, and with life. I combine scientific understanding of the nervous system with embodied, heart-centered presence to help people move beyond fear, overthinking, and emotional numbness into authenticity and love. My approach creates a grounded, safe space where emotions can move and connection can deepen naturally.
In private sessions, I work with women through The Rewild Woman program - a journey of self-intimacy and embodied power. It helps women stop abandoning themselves, reclaim their pleasure, and choose relationships that feel like freedom, not survival.
Because when a woman stops abandoning herself, she doesn’t just experience intimacy. She becomes it - with herself, with life, and with love.
Together we create a space that is safe, real, and deeply human - where healing and transformation happen naturally through presence, breath, and connection.
